Common questions
Restore a purchase
Open PROppeal → Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Your credits will reappear.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Account → Delete Account. This removes your appeals and personal data — see our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where comps come from
We pull real, recent comparable sales from licensed property-data providers and screen out distressed sales — then you verify before filing.
Deadlines
Appeal windows vary by county. PROppeal helps you prepare, but you file with your county and are responsible for the deadline.
Is my case worth it?
If your comps don’t support a lower value, we’ll tell you. We’d rather be honest than have you file a weak appeal.
